My way of running like crazy runs out of missional passion. For me living missional is like drinking wine. I have been drunk too much I think of this fantastic missional new wine but I am willing to stop my crazy race turn around and kiss my master’s hand because I love him very much. From now on I will step back close enough to my masters’ hand to keep on kissing it as my master permits. "Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the spirit." (Ephesians.5:18). I've often asked myself the same question at times.. Do I love God more than my morning mug of coffee?? My heart screams YES!!! but my actions would prove otherwise: A perfect example is today. I've had my cup of joe. Two cups o' joe in fact. But have I taken the time to sit down and be with God for the amount of time I know I need to give? No. Are there any good reasons I can give? Not really.. I could give excuses.. but no real reasons.
