Faith & Values
My Values
I honor Jesus Christ because I believe that He is the ultimate answer to life and that abiding in Him alone produces fruit in ministry. He causes life change and raises up life-changers. I desire to know His plans through prayer and then obey those plans.
Through Christ I excel in equipping because I believe the church needs leaders with quality training, encouragement, challenge and counsel to have excellence in their ministries. I desire to model and communicate that in a professional and personable fashion in order to increase ministry leader’s ministry effectiveness.
I lead by serving because I believe this follows Jesus model of effective leadership. I desire to offer this leadership at every level of my ministry and to everyone who comes in contact with my ministry.
I relate with integrity because I believe that people are my most valuable resource. I desire to encourage honest, accountable and loyal relationships that allow the deepest and richest communication.
I hold high ethical standards because I believe that my character determines my faithfulness. I desire to conduct my finances, morality and conversation in a biblical manner that will enhance the reputation of the Kingdomof God.
I maximize resources because I believe that God has entrusted me with His human and financial assets. I desire to use those resources for His glory by prioritizing my ministry plans and operating my ministry within the limits of my resources.
My Faith Statement
Chad Hambrick believes:
- In One God, eternally existing in three persons–Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- In Jesus Christ, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. He led a sinless life, took on Himself all our sins, died and rose again, and is seated at the right hand of the Father as our mediator and advocate.
- The Bible is the infallible Word of God, that it is His holy and inspired Word, and that it is of supreme and final authority.
- Every person needs to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through His shed blood on the cross.
- Christ rose from the dead, reigns supreme at the Father’s right hand and is coming soon.
- The Holy Spirit gives us the grace and power to live the Christian life.
- All believers are called to live by the Great Commandment and the Great Commission in order that our lives bear much fruit, care for the needs of people, reflect Christ and ultimately give glory to God.
